Van Sinderen Plaza

When completed, Van Sinderen Plaza will feature some of the best affordable housing units in all of the five boroughs. This project will feature over 120 affordable apartments, along with 20,000 SF of retail and community space for the surrounding area. The project will include a roof deck, recreation room, outdoor recreation space, bicycle storage, on-site laundry room, and on-site parking. The development site is also located nearby the New Lots Avenue L train stop.
