Louis R. Cappelli, a native of Westchester County and graduate of the University Of Notre Dame, is the founder of the Cappelli Organization and Chairman & CEO of LRC Construction and Fuller Development Company. Louis has played an integral role in the revitalization of the downtown districts of White Plains, New Rochelle, and Stamford, pioneering the construction of the City Center at White Plains, New Roc City in New Rochelle, the Ritz-Carlton Westchester, Trump Plaza New Rochelle, and Atlantic Station in Stamford. Louis has continually played an active role in the community. In 2000, he established the Louis R. Cappelli Foundation, which has funded millions of dollars in grants to organizations devoted to education causes and social services.
