AI Engineers is leasing 4,207 square feet. The company is moving from Elmsford and is a multidisciplinary firm that delivers innovative engineering solutions. The tenant was represented by Howard Greenberg of Howard Properties Ltd
Ronald Johnn, CPA has leased 2,256 square feet. The firm assists taxpayers and small businesses with taxes. It is relocating from Columbus Avenue in Valhalla and was represented by Craig S. Ruoff, Executive Vice President at Colliers International
