A 28-story, mixed-use apartment complex in downtown New Rochelle. This first phase, completed in 2022, consists of 352 apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space.
The tower is the first phase of the 55 Clinton Place project which will eventually deliver a total of 742 residential units, 20,000 square feet of retail space and a parking structure with 675 parking spaces.
