New York Power Authority Headquarters

White Plains, NY

The new headquarters for the New York Power Authority (NYPA) is a 16‑story, 310,000‑square‑foot Class A office tower rising at Hamilton Green in downtown White Plains. Developed by Cappelli Development and RXR Development Services and built by LRC Construction, the project represents the first new commercial office building in the city in nearly four decades. Designed by Gensler, the headquarters will anchor the Hamilton Green redevelopment and serve as NYPA’s new corporate home upon its relocation from 123 Main Street in 2027. The building is being constructed alongside a new 127‑unit residential building, completing the second phase of the Hamilton Green development.
