Eighty Nine DeKalb

89 DeKalb is a 30-story, all-electric residential tower under development in Downtown Brooklyn through a strategic partnership between RXR and Long Island University. The project will deliver 324 rental residences—including 98 middle-income affordable units—alongside 55,000 square feet of modern academic and office space for LIU. A model for sustainable urban living, the tower features state-of-the-art systems and amenities, including expansive indoor and outdoor resident spaces. 89 DeKalb marks the second successful collaboration between RXR and LIU, following The Willoughby’s completion in 2021.
