The District Galleria is a transformative, multi-billion-dollar redevelopment of the former Galleria Mall in downtown White Plains. Spanning multiple city blocks, this master-planned, mixed-use project will feature up to 3,200 residential units—including 12% affordable housing—across seven architecturally distinct towers. Nearly half the site will be devoted to public open space, including a quarter-mile green promenade with parks, plazas, and event spaces. Designed with sustainability and connectivity in mind, The District Galleria reimagines a key urban site as a vibrant, transit-oriented neighborhood blending residential, retail, dining, and community amenities.
