Construction at Hamilton Green, a four-building, 860-unit complex officially broke ground. Led by RXR and The Cappelli Organization, the complex replaces the demolished While Plains Mall property, formerly addressed as 200 Hamilton Avenue.
Huguenot Phase II
327 Huguenot is the 2nd phase of the project. The 28-story tower will feature 249-residential units and approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.
247 North Avenue
247 North Avenue will be a 28 story building in New Rochelle. The blue glass curtain wall building will have 300 residential units. The floor plates will shift in and out in five-story sections to The floor plates will shift in and out in five-story sections to create a noticeable skyline feature.
